•	Surcharge of RM 50.00 ++ per room per night is applicable during Malaysia School Holidays, eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown above
•	No charge for children under 12 years old occupying same rooms as parents (without extra bed)
•	Check-out time: 12.00 noon.
•	Check-in time: 2.00 pm.
•	Rates are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during peak period: - Up to 6.00 pm – 50% of published rate imposed - After 6.00 pm – one day’s rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into hotel’s bank account with shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Diners and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Low Period:
Cancellations notice are required at least 8 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

Last Minute Bookings:
Booking made within 3 days prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

NO SHOW:
In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.
